These Specific Conditions apply in addition to the Elavon Terminal Rental Fee Waiver Offer Terms & 

Conditions below.
 

1. The offer of a 3-month terminal rental fee waiver is available for sales completed by 

SMB customers in the United Kingdom only, who are new to Elavon and eligibility for the Offer is limited 

to merchants successfully meeting the eligibility conditions set out below (see Eligibility).
 

2. This Offer applies to new SMB Elavon customers in England, Wales, Scotland 

and Northern Ireland (excluding the Isle of Man and Channel Islands), only when contracting their 

terminal rental and acquiring with U.S. Bank Europe DAC or a period of 12 months 

with following specific criteria: 
 

a) The offer is available for terminal only and excludes any propositions bundles 

b) The offer is only valid when taking out one or more Tetra Move, Tetra Desk and DX 8000 

terminals 

c) Limited to maximum of 3 terminals
 

3. The offer will run from the 10th of January 2026 to 31st March 2026.
 

4. For the avoidance of doubt, the Agreement shall be deemed signed when the “Offer” and 

Terms and Conditions herein are accepted at the time of sale with Elavon. For the avoidance of doubt, 

the Agreement shall include the most up-to-date Terms of Service, which can be found here. In the 

acceptance of the Offer and thereby the renewal of the Agreement, the Applicant accepts these Terms 

of Service. 

1.1 This offer (‘Terminal Rental Fee Waiver Offer’) is promoted to customers by U.S. Bank Europe DAC, registered in Ireland - number 418442, registered Office: Block F1, Cherrywood Business Park, Dublin 18, D18 W2X7, Ireland, US Bank Europe DAC, trading as Elavon Merchant Services, is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland operating through its UK Branch having its principal place of business at 125 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N 1AR, U.K (‘Elavon’). 
 

1.2 Please read these terms & conditions (“Terms”) carefully. By accepting the Benefits, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms.
 

1.3 These Terms shall be in addition to and read in conjunction with the Terms of Service (“TOS”) which apply to our provision of the Merchant Services to you and in the event there is any conflict between these Terms and TOS, the provisions of the TOS shall apply.
 

1.4 Unless otherwise indicated, all capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to such terms in the TOS.
 

1.5 For the purposes of these Terms: 1.5.1 “Applicable Duration” shall mean the duration, including specified dates, for which the Benefits shall be available to the Qualified Business as set out below or otherwise notified to the Qualified Business by Elavon in its sole discretion.
 

1.5.2 “Applicable Terminal” shall mean any and all of the Terminal as detailed in the your Merchant Services Agreement applicable to this Terminal Rental Initiative 

1.5.3 “Merchant Services” shall mean the acceptance of card transactions in documentary and/or electronic form from the Qualified Business in order to process and clear such transactions for settlement and payment to such Qualified Business and other related products and services provided by Elavon. 
 

1.6 The Terminal Rental Initiative is only open for business customers in the United Kingdom (as applicable) who satisfy all criteria set out in clause 3. 

2.1 Each merchant who is a customer and satisfies the Eligibility Conditions set out in clause 3 below ("Qualifying Business") may be given the following benefits (“Benefits”) subject to the provisions of these Terms: 2.1.1 The rental fee for the Applicable Terminal(s) per Merchant ID (“MID”) shall be waived by Elavon on the Qualifying Business’s Merchant Services Account with Elavon for the Applicable Duration*; 

3.1 In order to qualify for the Benefits, the Qualifying Business must: 
 

3.1.1 be offered the Benefits by Elavon in its sole discretion; 

3.1.2 be established and trading in the United Kingdom (as applicable); (together the “Eligibility Conditions”) 

4.1 The Applicable Duration shall be a period of three (3) months commencing on the date on which the Qualifying Business becomes a direct Customer of Elavon by completing set-up of a direct processing account. 
 

4.2 The Qualifying Business can only receive the Benefits once per MID. Following receipt of Benefits hereunder, the Qualifying Business maintain an active merchant processing account with Elavon for a minimum six (6)months. 
 

4.3 Following receipt of the Benefits, in the event that the Qualifying Business: (i) terminates its merchant processing account within the first six (6) months thereof; or (ii) fails to activate its merchant account; or (iii) , the Qualifying Business shall be liable for and shall on demand repay Elavon the value of the total Benefits received hereunder plus VAT where applicable. 
 

4.4 After the expiry of the Applicable Duration, Elavon shall charge the Qualifying Business the Applicable Terminal rental fees as set out in the applicable Application Form and/or Schedule of Fees.
 

4.5 Elavon shall charge the Qualifying Business for the use of all other Terminals and equipment, other than the Applicable Terminal(s), and equipment provided by Elavon and required for their operation, in accordance with the Application Form and /or Schedule of Fees and the TOS.
 

4.6 The Benefits are not transferable, not exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered in the event that a Qualifying Business does not or is unable to claim or receive any of the Benefits for any reason whatsoever.
 

4.7 Elavon reserves the right to change the format of the Terminal Rental Initiative and/or Benefits and/or delay or postpone the Terminal Rental Initiative and/or Benefits or any stage(s), in whole or in part due to reasons beyond its reasonable control.

4.8 It is advised that all applicants retain a copy of these Terms for future reference.
 

4.9 This Terminal Rental Initiative and these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (where merchant is located in the United Kingdom). Any disputes (contractual or noncontractual) arising under or in connection with the Terminal Rental Initiative or these Terms are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts respectively.
