If ‘Different delivery details’ is toggled, the page will change to allow additional details.

The last stage is to add the card details, select Credential on File (if needed) and confirm rules to be applied.

The AVS/CV2 (Address Verification Service/Card Verification Value) rules can be  controlled in this section.

If ‘Allow transaction to be repeated’ is selected, this will allow the Credential on File (CoF) details to be applied to the transaction, these are required for any transaction that is to be repeated.

MyOpayo provides information on what must be made aware to the card holder for the transaction to be repeated via MyOpayo. This complies with card industry standards for repeat use of a card.

The below drop-down controls the ‘repeat type’ and changes the CoF to reflect the agreement between the cardholder and their bank. Depending on your business and purpose of the repeat, you may need to seek advice from your merchant service provider for the correct type.

Once the details have been entered and confirmed, the final page displayed below is provided for review of the transaction outcome.

Users require an email address, first name, last name and role to be selected. If an email address is already in use on another MyOpayo vendor account, it can be ‘Invited’ to have access to your account with a role you choose.

Roles determine what a user can access and do within MyOpayo, these are the available roles:

Administrator

This user role has full access to all of the MyOpayo applications. This would likely be a business owner or senior person, as it will have full access and control of the account.

User manager

Assign this role to the individual you want to create, update and delete users. This role has been created for an individual to manage users without being able to view or make transactions.

Payments

This user role can process transactions via the Terminal application, carry out certain secondary actions and view transaction details. This role basic access and work within the payment functions of MyOpayo. 

Payments admin

This user can process transactions via the Terminal application and view transaction details but can also carry out the full range of secondary transactions (refunds, voids etc). 

Reporting

This user can view all transactions and reports.

Reporting admin

This user can view all transactions, reports and additionally export transaction reports (sensitive data).

Developer

This role can be assigned to your E-Commerce developer as required and can create, view and update API integration keys.

The ‘Invite User’ works in a similar way to the ‘Add User’ but allows you to add an email address that is already in use on other MyOpayo account. Input an email address, first name, last name and role to be selected. Click ‘Invite User’ and this user will be able to select your vendor name and others they have access to.
